The average American gains 6 pounds between Thanksgiving and January 1st. I don’t know about you, but I don’t even want to gain 1 pound this holiday season. It is very easy to gain weight, and very difficult to lose it. It takes 3200 calories to gain one pound of fat, it also takes a caloric deficit of 3200 to lose 1 pound of fat. (more…)
