Good Afternoon Cheri:

First and foremost thank you for giving Healthstyles and myself the opportunity to serve you.

You can keep it simple as seen in the video and just go with a high quality exercise mat, or other options for core strengthening are exercise balls, balance discs, medicine balls, kettle bells, BOSU balls, vibration trainers, and most home gyms.

Other options for abdominal strengthening are exercise balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, ab coaster, vibration trainers, slant boards, an ab bench, and all in one home gym.

All of the tools listed are more effective when used in conjunction with a regular cardio routine, stretching routine, strength training regime and last but not least proper nutrition.

I will email you web links to the above mentioned exercise tools.

Have a Healthy Day,
Ryan Harlow

Looking to increase core body strength and condition. Willing to purchase equipment for home gym. I have no real budget in mind. I am 57 and in pretty good condition. Abdominals are a concern.

Thanks,
Cheri
